Expert Witness

Serves as a Bay Area expert witness in cases involving school choice for families.  Has provided research on school selection for families in Santa Clara and Marin Counties, prepared detailed findings comparing and contrasting schools, and testified in court regarding her research. 

 

Families

Works with parents and students to determine a best fit for K-12 schools in the Bay Area, taking into consideration students' needs and school offerings and environments.

 

Fund-Raising

Conducts stakeholder interviews, evaluates past and present fund-raising practices and outcomes, and proposes recommendations in a comprehensive fund-raising plan.

 

Institutional Planning

Helps schools and colleges thoughtfully consider possible changes to mission, vision, merging with another school, or making other major changes by involving all of the stakeholders and conducting research.

 

Leadership Development

Provides executive coaching services for heads/principals, key administrators and trustees to provide support and practical assistance in the development of greater self-understanding, knowledge of best practices, improved communication skills, and one-on-one coaching and mentoring to strengthen needed skills to face challenging situations.

Interviews different constituencies, learning about strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; evaluates current strategies, systems, operations and team effectiveness; and provides an objective, candid assessment, helping to guide an institution in the future.
